Our unique team approach provides dentists with a full menu of services. The Goetze Design Group three-phase plan involves feasibility, design, and delivery:

• The Feasibility Phase: Based on discussions of practice goals and design options, Goetze Design Group will present a preliminary equipment and floor plan, construction cost estimate, project schedule, and project pro forma.
• The Design Phase: Next, plans will proceed to procuring a workable site, identifying necessary zoning or site modifications, refining the project schedule and cost estimate, and creating a workable site and floor plan. Final equipment and interior design choices will be made at this time.
• The Delivery Phase: Next, the project begins. Our team will obtain a building permit and secure bids from at least three subcontractors for each scope of work. Our project manager will oversee the entire project until the building is ready for occupancy. We promise to deliver a facility that meets or exceeds your expectations.
